Black Angus Potato Soup

I make this all the time during the winter its one of my favorite soups by far. I usually try to use fat free or low fat ingredients too so its not as bad.

2/3 cup flour

6 cup milk

¾ tsp salt

½ tsp. black pepper

½ tsp white pepper

8 oz. sour cream

Wash dry and prick potatoes. Bake till done @ 400 about 1 ½ hours. Let cool scoop out pulp and set aside. Melt butter in heavy large saucepan, over low heat. Add flour stirring till smooth. Cook 1 minute stirring constantly. Gradually add milk. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly till thick and bubbly. Add potato pulp salt and pepper. And half of bacon. ½ c. cheese. Cook til thoroughly heated. Stir in sour cream and heat through.
